The PyCon Australia Code of Conduct (PyCon AU was an LA event) seems
like an appropriate summary -- http://pycon-au.org/2011/conduct/ --
but it also operates well on its own.
As written, it's succinct and has already been proven to be effective
and enforcable. Its brevity also allows it to be read easily by
delegates. It also allows for organiser discretion (which is one of
the perceived shortcomings of the LCA2011 code of conduct).
I'm in charge of the 2012 conference and am intending on using the
2011 version with minimal amendments (provided LA are OK with that).
