It was Peter, Josh and myself on Sunday. The stuff people are admiring is
largely Peter's handiwork, both adapting a new theme for the site and doing the
bulk of fixing up the navigation structure. I did a few hours of poking on the
latter too.

Josh's moved several policies over from Moin and did some subcommittee-focussed
Drupal work that will come online when finished.
