[Linux-aus] Event and user-group funding guidelines available

Hi all,

Council has been updating the website a little, and we'd especially like to
draw your attention to the new page on Linux Australia event support,
describing how you can get seed funding, insurance etc for events and groups:
https://www.linux.org.au/linux-australia-event-support

This is the process that is already supporting PyCon AU, WordCamp and Drupal
Downunder (and ultimately, although this has always been the case and therefore
it's not news, this is the structure for LCA).
