Enterprise and their support including remote-connections to fix
things (so few times needed) certainly calmed my worries with making
the change.

Our growth areas:

(a)  promotion of user friendly products,

(b)  remote-servicing,

(c)  certification of persons trained to carry out remote servicing,

(d)  support for Admins in the field.



Opengear, Novell, and others are developing remote management because
it is economically feasible, they see a path for growth in our many
small and middle sized businesses scattered across the country.
