[Linux-aus] Some Anti-Harassment Policies considered harmful

It's a shame that this situation is jeopardizing the sharing of a keynote
with the broader LA/LCA community. Is there a compromise to be reached? (I
believe the text of the speech has been published somewhere else already?)
