[Linux-aus] Link To The Current Linux.conf.au

How about now?

I've reorganised the LA front page, so the list of stuff down the right hand side doesn't go a million miles down the page. The LCA page also has an LCA2011 logo now (linked) and uses the correct site name to link to now.
