[Linux-aus] Application for grant: venue hire for FOMS

I support this grant request.

FOMS has become a mainstay, and has a proven track record of productive
hackery. Growing the ecosystem around LCA to support and encourage
associated events is good for the conference.

I'm also quite sure Silvia wouldn't be asking if she hadn't exhausted
other avenues.

Worthwhile. ++

(FOMS attendees have been great assets to the A/V teams at LCA in recent
years - they earn their keep)
