[Linux-aus] penguin shirts

Not being from Australia, I was not even aware of "aboriginal dot art"
until I saw the T-shirt. After getting the T-shirt, I am.

>We could ask an aboriginal artist to do a design for us, signed, and
>put an artist profile on the web site and on a flyer shipped with the
>shirt.

But the shirt design is already done, and it was not done for
"commercial gain" as much as benefiting a non-profit group that tries to
get out the word on Free Software, which might actually be used by
native Australians.

Perhaps a compromise of putting a flier in with every T-shirt talking
about the aboriginal art, and pointing to either a web site or
non-profit agency that sells real aboriginal art, sales of which benefit
the native Australians.

Warmest regards,

maddog
