[Linux-aus] Lugcomms mailing list and IRC meetings

Yes, there is a LUGCOMMS mailing list, but there has been some concern
expressed
recently that not everyone in a LUG is aware either of the mailing list, or
of the IRC
meetings ... so we've "expanded the audience" for the time being, in order
to assure
communication :-)

If the numbers swell to un-imaginable proportions, we won't need to any
more,
and if it proves ineffective, we'll desist on the basis of it being a waste
of time.
