 1. Accept minutes of MeetingNotes20080828

 2. {*} Visiting LCA2010 cities update.
  Stewart Smith visited Wellington last weekend. The bid is serious and
offers great promise.

  Next visit is to Perth to discuss the Perth bid.

  Brisbane visit is currently tentatively planned for October 4.

 3. {*} Software Freedom Day Public Liability Insurance.
  Our current Public Liability Insurance expires on the 14 September and
is being renewed.

  Certificates of currency will be issued to SFD organisers requesting it.

 * Discussion of any items that provide relevant information to the
council and which might generate motions for next meeting or new action
items.
