Oh, and a question for those who have actually sent physical letters:
* did you receive a response?
* how long did it take?
* who sent it?
In my case, the answers were yes, two months or thereabouts, A/g Asst
Secretary of the Content Branch or whatever it's called in DBCDE. I'd
be interested to see if anyone has had a response directly from the
Minister's office. The response I received appeared to be some sort of
template.
