[Linux-aus] Moodle 1.9 issue

Dear All,

I was wondering if anyone of you have tried Moodle 1.9 + (Build:
20080409) and the Feedback (2007121804) and Certificate (2008041801)
modules?
 
If so are you getting the following error message?
 
When try to get a certificate gets an error message indicating that they
have not met the activity requirements
