Different audience I reckon, and if people specifically ask for Fedora
they already know more.
The Ubuntu LiveCD also has Windows tools (Firefox and such), and then
it has the LiveCD component.
Once installed, the behaviour and setup is very comfortable for noobs.
But it's not any individual step, it's the whole trail that makes it
work.
Not saying noone else can do it, just haven't seen it done elsewhere
yet. Ubuntu specifically focuses on this.
