[Linux-aus] DRAFT LA financial report 2007

Hello everyone,

I would like to thank Anthony Towns for not only doing these finances,
but taking the time to summaries them and post them for all to see. 

These reports (both this report and the previous one) have given an
interesting insight into how well LA is doing and where is could
possibly go in the future.
