Sure there is -- Linux Australia. We're probably going to have LA formally
own the hardware anyway, and just consider it on loan to the LUG (whether
as a formal group or a collection of particular individuals) anyway.

I don't think so. It's much the same as if a few user groups get together
and want to share the hardware, really.
