Okay, not sure if this has been posted to the list yet, so I thought I
would blat it.

Note, the nomination system seems to be based on Self Nomination. This
isn't going to be a process where the person with the most nominations
gets to go. Instead you have to nominate yourself and explain why you
should be going.
