I'll probably hate myself for saying this, but after doing the LCA video
encoding 1/2 dozen LUG talks a month is easy. I'm prepared to to offer to
talk any talks sent to me on HDD's or DVD's and encode them like the LCA
videos and then upload them to the mirror.

I'd offer to take DV as well but I don't have a camera/deck, if that
could be arranged it would be fine.
