PLUG already records it's seminars (as of last seminar, at least). It
was suggested on our list we record them, so I'm borrowing a DV camera
from our venue and doing it. Unfortunately, I've yet to work out a
nice way to encode them so right now its on a DV tape, but I'll get
that sorted when I have time.

The eventual plan is to get them posted up onto Youtube, with the
speakers permission. One place LA might be able to help is by
organising proper hosting, because I don't feel it would be polite to
put video on our donated-bandwidth colo box. I'll cross that bridge
when I work out the encoding and so exactly how big the files'll be,
though.
