Not all by LA members, but quite a number of submissions were made by the
participants of Senator Kate Lundy's "Open 2020" local summit (alongside
videos and summaries of the presentations, by the way):

There was also a report from the summit that will be used as input to the
main event:

Though Open Source ideas won't be particularly well represented (in quantity
of obviously identifiable characters at least), neither will ICT in general.
Mary O'Kane (see very last item on the Open 2020 summit page), who will be
participating in the main event, was quite positive about the Open 2020 day,
and particularly interested in the opportunties for Open Source in research
and innovation. Lisa Harvey <http://www.lisaharvey.com.au/> is also likely
to contribute with similar values to our own.
