[Linux-aus] Jobs page - more problems?

Hi all,

Just went to the Jobs page (http://www.linux.org.au/jobs/) and noticed
that it was 'optimised <http://validator.w3.org/check/referer> for
standards <http://www.w3.org/>'.  However, clicking on the link on
'optimised' (i.e. the w3.org validator) I get:

Result: Failed validation, 12 Errors

The main ones seem to be a lack of doctype, and the URLs should have
their ampersands encoded for some peculiar entity-related reason that
I've never heard of.

Hoping this is just a case of missing out the doctype,
