Noodle-Brained-Wag - wow, that's one of the most enjoyable and accurate 
descriptions for that mindset I've seen in a while. And it's contracts so 
neatly to a TLA!

I'll have a strong temptation to describe a few attitudes and people with 
the _NBW_ tag in future... especially if I _ever_ hear someone ask for $$$ 
towards an Indy race car again.
