If this was even close to a 50/50 gendered culture then some of your
points would be appropriate. 

What I try to grasp is "why?". Why is it that there are very very few
women that get into computers at all?

Is it something 'engendered' in the culture?

Something it doesn't seem like you've thought about Brett.
