[Linux-aus] Grant proposal - Transport for Melissa Draper to speak at CLUG in June

Hello,

I would like to voice my support for this grant (even though I'm not in
Canberra). The cost is pretty insignificant and the benefit seems pretty
large - specially if Melissa goes on to use this talk as a basis for
other talks.
