The primary aim of the SA technical committee is to give advice to the
SA delegation attending the BRM on Australia's view points on the
comments. According to the FAQ, IPR issues will not be discussed at the
BRM.
However, NBs should be considering more than just the outcome of the BRM
when deciding how to vote, so a legal workshop is still important.
