If you want Foss/Linux to be addopted mainstream for use in education, it must be accessible. Currently, this is nowhere near the case. Added to that, you also need people who can train people how to use these accessibility technologies.

While not about education specifically, I have been talking about this on my blog in recent posts. Accessibility is a pet interest of mine, and I strongly believe that Linux on the desktop is NOT going to get anywhere, unless it has accessibility ready to go for all.
