Hi Anthony,
Going off what I can remember from my time at WIN, each multiplexer
carries only the channels from the one operator. Hence WIN runs its SD
and HD streams off the one multiplexer.
The ABC and SBS seem to be the only ones genuinely running mulptiple
different streams off their multiplexers.
