it is not an acs survey, we have nothing official or unofficial to do 
with it. Perhaps that's the misconception, its a NNIC survey being 
handled/managed by Doug Jacquier who is the CEO of CISA.  The survey is 
on the website at

and I would imagine that Doug Jacquier (djATcisa.asn.au) is the man to 
ask that question of.
