This is very much part of what I was thinking of in the event of LA
swallowing up AUUG. It would even be worth considering continuing to
call the conference "AUUG" and to revert to having it as a "winter
conference" (the original term).

The question of focus is something that can be discussed later,
probably on a yearly basis.
