[Linux-aus] Grant request: tinderbox / distcc host for libferris

Hi Ben,

Unfortunately the committee does not feel that this request can be
approved as there is still some question as to the exact purpose the box
will be used for and the benefit it would bring the community as a
whole.

However we are more than willing to discuss the Xen hosting as
previously mentioned if that suits your needs.
