[Linux-aus] Suggestion for planet.linux.org.au - needs obvious link back to linux.org.au

Thanks for the pickup.  It should have been there from the start.

In fact, the links up there should be absolute so they resolve properly -
right now, membership and contact us point to planet.l.o.a instead of
l.o.a  Whoops.  Shall fix rsn, along with the improved planet skin that
I've been trying to work on :-)
