Quite possibly in the future, but this undertaking could involve a lot
of work for LA so it's being implemented using the "baby steps first"
approach. There are a surprising number of complications in terms of how
to handle bank fees, interest, liability, and a whole bunch of other
things - not to mention the personal time of people like Mark and AJ who
have worked to put this together.

For now the simplest thing to do is just to accept 'traditional'
payments but others may be added in future.

Probably wouldn't be hard to do at all, but would need someone from LA
to track incoming funds and match them to a donation pledge or similar
(so we know who to assign the funds to when they magically appear in the
bank account).

Not likely, given that one of the reasons for setting this up was
difficulties that the Samba project in particular had with accepting
donations through Paypal.

Quite probably, but not yet. There are issues to resolve in relation to
factoring, transaction charges, etc. Once the current proof-of-concept
has been in place for a while and the initial wrinkles ironed out I
expect CC payment will be added.

Cheers :-)
