Last I heard Michael/Dan were organising printers to get the CD all 
copied.  I know that they're both incredibly busy though, with Michael 
in the US (why are you in the US, anyway?).

Not like I've got much spare time at the moment, but if you need me in 
Adelaide to do anything, sing out.  I really want to see them sent out.
