As others have pointed out, the first sentence agrees to recognise TSG's IPs. 

The only IP I'm agreeing to recognise as belonging to TSG, prima facie, is 
216.250.128.21 :-)

Any copyrights, patents or other claims (which is how I see IP) have 
significant doubt cast on them in the past.
