[Linux-aus] LCA2004 CD/DVD

Hi all,

Just to let you know that the LCA2004 DVD/CD goes to the printer after
much hullabaloo, blood, sweat and tears.  Expect to have something in your
snail mail box in about 3-4 weeks.

P.S. Thanks to Ryan for completing the conference CD/DVD artwork.  Ryan
just keeps on giving and contributing to the community.  Woohoo!
