    Late Monday though, a couple of things did tip up in the SCO
    vs IBM case -- first, the IBM subpoena served upon Ralph
    Yarrow at Canopy Group, [...] The IBM subpoena is not unusual
    unless one takes note that it was served on Canopy Group, not
    SCO itself

Here's hoping that IBM, some time ago, said "Hmmm, we're going to *get* 
the man behind the curtain" and this is the first public move in that 
process.
