Oh, I don't doubt that it was intended, at all. I also have quite some
respect for Nathan, and I know he wouldn't do something like that
deliberately; just an interesting aside.
I actually read the article in dead tree form, then went online and
found its URL; it's entirely possible, as you state below, that
'President' only appears online, because I certainly didn't see it in
dead-tree, after reading it about 3 times.
