We have the same issue in South Australia. Although some South
Australians claim it's a non-issue you've just highlighted one
extraordinarily valid reason why it is an issue.
However, the valar are not allowed to use their powers to force the
people of Middlearth to do anything, so all I can do is impart my wisdom
and occasionally give the folks a glimpse at the Palantir atop my tower.
