[Linux-aus] first draft of new LUG site

Well, I've given people long enough to reply, So I'm feeling I've 
flushed out either inactive or inaccurate information. I've got most of 
the info up (there's a few more groups I want to chase too). Also, I'm 
going to link into linmagau's calendar, but I'll wait until i email out 
all the lugs about it too.

As long as nobody finds any glaring errors (apart from a lack of 
prettiness here and there), I'll make it the actual site soon.
