Approx $1600 - Proceedings CD for LCA2003 (still being prepared)
$11587.95 - Morning Teas
Approx $25000 - Dinner  (pending invoice)
Approx $3000 - Speaker Accomodation  (pending invoice)
Approx $4500 - Octagon Theatre Hire  (pending invoice)

I suspect the other miscellany will come out around $3000
