Did the same apply to previous LCAs or has it only been introduced? How
long does that apply for? I attended LCA2001 :-)
Is memebership to be open to the public or is LA to be formed into a
coalition structure where only LUGs and the like can join? Corporate
membership should obviously be an option as well, to allow businesses to
join by paying a larger sum.
Assuming public membership is to be, what benefits will there be?
