About the company

A global product set to revolutionise a whole industry. This startup is  
rapidly expanding globally and looking for top engineers to help them with  
this growth. The dev teams are made up of around 30 Snr full stack engineers.


About the role

The Snr Ruby on Rails engineer will be part of a team that works a true Agile  
(SCRUM) methodology with a strong focus on test driven development, unit  
testing, integration testing, UI testing and code reviews through GitHub pull  
requests.

You will be making use of the latest technologies in an environment where  
innovation is being highly encouraged. You will be allowed to build you own  
workstation from the ground up and move around different projects and teams  
in order to keep learning.

Skills & experience needed to be successful:

- Commercial Ruby on Rails experience in an Agile / TDD environment
- Strong JavaScript skills
- Paired programming, continuous deployment / delivery experience
- Brilliant mind and leadership / responsibility aspirations
- Good personality and a cooperative team player
