Supporting an ever increasing client base, this role is an additional head  
count to the team and will provide the professional support, technical  
assistance and developer support working closely with engineers, product  
managers and sales guys to improve the offering and global presence of the  
business.



Ideally you will have come from a Web Development background where the "it's  
someone else's job" mentality doesn't exist and as such you will have the  
following skill-set:



Strong network administration and troubleshooting skills with good  
understanding of Linux system administration

Hands-on experience with cloud storage solutions and SQL database  
administration

Strong working ability with common programming/scripting languages (one or  
more - Java, C, C++, Python, shell scripting, JavaScript)

Web development experience, strong understanding of web development protocols  
(HTML5, AJAX, XML, JSON)



With your colleagues being some of the best in the industry, you will ideally  
have a Bachelor Degree (Computer Science) or equivalent and 2-3 years systems  
integration, engineering and software development

You will have outstanding account management, client engagement and  
follow-through, attention to detail and excellent verbal and written  
communication skills.
