System Administrator, Part Time

autonomous and semi-autonomous systems, with applications in

An opportunity exists for a part-time system administrator,  
supporting our world-wide infrastructure and staff at multiple  
locations.

Required Skills:

+ Debian/Ubuntu Linux Administration and Installation
+ Excellent knowledge of email services (SMTP, IMAP, POP)
+ Excellent troubleshooting skills
+ Hardware maintenance skills
+ Shell Scripting and Perl Programming
+ Familiar with vmware and virtualisation
+ Strong networking skills

Desired Skills:

+ Working knowledge of Java
+ Experience with VPN
+ Experience with backups
+ Experience with Windows Systems
+ Experience with Mac OS X systems
