Systems Administrator, Contract

A fast paced, challenging & growing company, ONE Group (http://www.mionegroup.com), the world leading manufacturer of certified organic skin care, hair care, oral care, health care and cosmetic products requires a full time Systems Administrator.<p>The role reports to the IT Project & Systems Manager and the successful applicant will work with one other Administrator to help manage the platforms. We have Windows in-house and a combination of Windows and Linux in production. We are currently evaluating the utilisation of Open Source solutions (Linux, Apache, Tomcat, Java) across the business and are looking for people to help support that. Experience with Linux , FreeBSD & Windows administration activities extremely advantageous; proven experience with Shell Scripting, Perl or Python would be useful as well as experience in the implementation of operational monitoring & reporting systems. Management of IIS and Apache would be useful, as well as Linux based database systems such as Postgres.<p>Your salary is dependent on experience and qualifications.
