C/C++ Software Engineer, Full Time

My manager asked me to advertise for a new position that we have. This is a good opportunity for those who just got out of uni this July. You have to have some experience (personal, uni or commercial) with C and C++ and be comfortable programming on various UNIX platforms. We develop on Linux, HP-UX and Solaris but having some experience on any UNIX platform is ok. We also require good communication skills as you will be in constant contact with people from a large telco. If you have more specific/technical questions regarding what you will do, you can send me an email at carlo at protocomtech.com.au or you can just apply by contacting the person listed below on the ad. Please DO NOT send me applications, just questions.

It says 2 years experience below but my personal advice is *try* if you believe you have equivalent skills that you can *demonstrate*.
