Managed Services Support Engin, Full Time

As we embark on developing new monitoring and managed hosting services, the
opportunity now exists to develop your career as part of a highly technical,

_Basics_
Title:          Managed Services Support Engineer (full-time)
Location:       Sydney (Rosebery)

_Package_
Base:           $70,000 (ex. super, expenses and overtime)


_Essential Skills_
- Advanced Linux Server Administration (Minimum 3 years experience)
- Advanced Windows Server Administration (Minimum 3 years experience)
- Advanced Firewall Administration (Minimum 3 years experience)
- Excellent technical knowledge of TCP/IP

_Detailed Position Description_
- System administration of Bulletproof Networks' or Bulletproof Networks'
  Customers' managed systems
- Responding to alerts from Bulletproof's Monitoring and Alerting systems
- Providing Over the Phone or On Site technical support and engineering duties
  for customers of the Company
- Maintaining Tasks in Bulletproof's Request Tracking System in order to the
  satisfaction of the Team Leader Support as well as the General Manager
- Assistance in the Development of systems and processes for the Company's
  technical operation
- Assistance in Development of systems and processes for handling the Company's
  Customers
- On Call Duties (minimum 14 shifts in every 6 week roster period)


_Training Opportunities_
Induction and assisted tools training is augmented by weekly on the job
training including knowledge transfer through standard escalation and
delegation procedures.

In addition, company sponsored courses furthering your skills in line with
company strategy are available.

Promotion to positions including Senior Support Engineer or Provisioning
positions are possible in the future for candidates that want to grow with the
