Analyst/Programmer, Full Time

Mirrabooka Systems provide software and hardware solutions to the Health and Manufacturing industries.  Our major clients are radiotherapy centres and sugar milling/refining.

We are looking for a programmer who is self motivated and can fit into an existing team.  The work involves upgrading and maintaining existing systems as well as new application development. This position will involve operating systems, networking, database, application development and customer support. We would be looking for a graduate with several years experience.

The major development platform is Linux operating system with open source development tools.

The essential skills are:-
Unix/Linux
‘C’ Programming
Network
Other desirable skills are:-
Object Oriented programming
Java programming
SQL
PERL

The applicant will also need good communication skills for customer liaison.  
Starting salary would be between 40K and 46K.
