An excellent opportunity exists for an experienced Software Engineer to work with a medium sized, progressive electronics firm near city. Working as part of the Research and Development team you will become involved in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, from conception to implementation and production. The position involves developing embedded controller applications and PC-based toolsets for real-time monitoring, display and control applications.

Desirable experience: Familiarity with embedded linux software packaging, experience with uclibc and embedded applications, contributor to FLOSS project and familiarity with JTAG, BDM.
