loves their work.  It doesn't matter how much career experience you 
do or do not have - we'll consider anyone who meets the requirements:

Requirements:
** Jack of all trades - admin/programming/hardware
** Passionate about Linux and unix like systems
** Expert level Linux systems administrator
** Excellent knowledge of networking
** Ability to configure firewalls and secure systems
** Knowledge of how to make servers scream - high performance systems
** Excellent knowledge of web servers
** Excellent knowledge of Email servers
** Excellent knowledge of SQL/Database servers
** Expert with hardware, machine assembly.
** Enjoy pulling machines apart, putting them back together and 
building systems
** Expert troubleshooter and problem solver
** Knowledge of automation of backups
** Understanding of system performance
** Deep understanding of Internet protocols and standards
** Knowledge of OpenBSD/FreeBSD as well as Linux
** Any Programming/scripting expertise valued - you tell us where 
your expertise lies
