Currently we are seeking an individual to join the Animal Logic team to provide superior technical and customer support, specifically you will be responsible for:

·	Service Animal Logic Technical Support needs (log requests, investigate, address, escalate)
·	Undertake system diagnosis, repair, build, maintenance and software installation
·	Strive to continually increase knowledge
·	Adhere to confidentiality, proprietary information standards and company policies
·	Provide after hours and weekend support as required

To be suitable for this role you will have demonstrated experience within a fast paced and dynamic environment, specifically you will have the following experience:

·	Demonstrated experience in a similar role
·	Excellent customer support, relation and communication skills
·	Strong interpersonal, written & verbal communication skills, excellent presentation
·	Knowledge of desktop and server relationships and operating systems
·	Analytical & problem solving ability
·	Flexibility, commitment, work well under pressure, professional, initiative
·	Experience with the following FTP, software instillation, & Windows and ideally Red Hat Linux & Mac OS X
·	Certification: Linux, Windows, Macintosh is highly desirable
